The location of this hotel is excellent, with its central position in the town and just a step away from the beach. I was lucky to receive a free room upgrade to a sea view room. The breakfast was very nice, and the staff were helpful and customer-oriented.
Couldn't stay longer. The hotel had some issues with noise during the night, which affected my sleep.

The Hotel is located close to the beach; there is nice swimming pool (the deep one so not occupied by small children).
The old disigne comming from years 1970-1980; hardly possible to find english speaking staff; Generally so so service; a lot of people but they are unable to respond to any question without confirming it with the manger who is only one. They gave us 3-person room with additional bed instead of 4 person room, we booked. The staff in dinning room could not organize the table for us (what is funny enought because there is about 100-200 tables). It is hardly possible to sleep befor 1 am because of events ("show time", karaoke and so on); the air- conditionnig is (propably) as old as the disigne of the hotel and works in try and pray mode.

There was an additional pay (club card), the amount was not shown neither on the homepage of booking nor on the confirmation. This created irritation between us and the hotel.

Had a great New Year vacation here! Loved the clear water and refreshing swimming pools. the surrounding mountains were beautiful and it was convenient with many big tourist destinations nearby. the hotel staff was always friendly and helpful. the food was good and we especially enjoyed the unlimited wine at lunch and dinner.
The beach was more pebbles and rocks than sand, but still nice. the town nearby was smaller than expected, with limited shopping options.

People dancing around :) people are very nice and polite
The staff didn't let me swim in the pool without a swimming cap, despite the fact that i'm absolutely bold :)

The hotel is wellsituated close to a each and close to the town. The swimmingpoolarea was also very good.
The staff didn´t speak any other language than italian, with the exception for a couple of people in the reception. They weren´t very serviceminded or friendly. The walls between the rooms are paperthin and we couls actually here our nextdoor neighbour snoring! The dining area was huge and the soundlevel incredibly high. We couldn´t take part in the sportsactivities, clubs or entertainment as everything was in italien only. If you don´t speak italian - go somewhere else!

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests. The location was excellent, with easy access to the beach and other attractions in the area. The food was also a highlight, with a variety of delicious options to choose from.
The cleanliness of the rooms was a major issue. Upon arrival, we noticed dust and hair in our room which had not been cleaned properly.

The location of the hotel was perfect, right in front of the sea with a private beach. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with new furniture and comfortable beds. the staff was very hospitable and helpful.
The entertainment staff was too enthusiastic, constantly trying to persuade guests to participate in various activities.
